How do I automate Syntronik controls as a plug-in inside my DAW?

Syntronik can be automated through the use of MIDI controls. Using your DAW you can automate the values of different MIDI CC messages which can control Syntronik in the same way automation directly controls your plug-ins. In this example we will use Ableton Live Lite, as it is included with many of our products. Do not worry, the process will be similar for all DAW programs, but feel free to check with the team if you need help with a specific DAW.

Follow these steps to control Syntronik via automated MIDI controls:

1. Open Syntronik as a plug-in inside your DAW and create a MIDI clip.
   
   


2. Right click to MIDI Learn any control of your choice.
   
   


3. Use your DAW to send a MIDI CC value to Syntronik. In this case we will use MIDI CC 30 as it is unassigned. Once Syntronik sees this message, the MIDI learn window will disappear, and you will have control of your selected parameter.
