The iRig HD 2 is not connecting, no blue light is turning on. What could be the issue?

Please make sure you are using a compatible device, seen here.

Please first connect the cable you will be using, 30-pin, Lightning, or USB, to the iRig HD 2, then connect the iRig HD 2 to your compatible iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, or Mac/PC system.

The blue indicator light will lit up, confirming its connected and ready to use.

If you do not see any LED indicators power on your device, please reach out to our technical support team here.
