Can I use JamPoints towards a purchase in the Custom Shop?

Yes! To use your JamPoints towards a purchase in the Custom Shop, please follow these steps...

  1. Launch the Custom Shop from your Applications folder (Mac) or from your Start Menu (Windows)
    *You can also launch the Custom Shop from within T-Racks 5 CS, by clicking the Shopping Cart button within the product interface (lower-right corner)
  2. Login to the Custom Shop using your User Name/Password
    *This is the same User Name used on the IK Multimedia web site.
  3. Click ADD CREDITS at the top of your screen
  4. Select the amount of Gear Credits you wish to purchase, then click the BUY CREDITS button to the right
  5. Notice on the Billing & Shipping Information page, toward the bottom, you will see your JamPoints value displayed
  6. Insert the value you would like to discount and click REDEEM
    *A maximum of 30% of the product value can be paid by JamPoints
  7. Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT and complete your order!
