Andy was so pleased with the results he obtained with his iRig MIC that he immediately tweeted: "For those asking, it was an IK Multimedia iRig MIC I used in my Forbes video today. Just the trick for videographers."

Andy is also resident 'GeekDad' for Wired magazine, writes for the Daily Telegraph, the BBC, the Independent and is editor of Gamepeople.

In a recent technology update in his GeekDad column for Wired, while discussing the new Lightning iPhone connector, he said: "Other devices I use, like the iRig MIC recording equipment are, of course, unaffected because they use the headphone jack for connectivity."

Apart from being a regular, professional, user of iRig products, Andy also has nice things to say about iRig MIC Cast:

"The audio and build quality as well as the attention to detail really makes this a very good package and has become a standard part of my mobile podcast setup... for the price and portability it’s really very good."
