In this video, Jon Wright experiments with AXE I/O ONE, IK's new audio interface for guitar and bass players. Jon tests the onboard Z-TONE tone-shaping control to find the sweet spot for recording his different guitars. He also tries the dedicated Amp Out to get creative with outboard gear on a DI guitar track.
Watch and learn why AXE I/O ONE may be perfect for you, even if you already own another interface.
This is a very guitar-centric interface and there are two really interesting features: the Z-TONE knob and the Amp Out, which makes sending a mono signal out of your DAW to go through pedals or an amp really easy.
AXE I/O ONE incredibly lightweight and portable. I like the desktop design and it's completely bus-powered, which means a laptop and this and you're good to go.
