Though we didn't travel far, or do 26,000 steps a day walking booth to booth, virtual NAMM 2021 was a busy time. And since we don't have any return flights to catch, let's dive right into what we do have. Here are some of the week's highlights from IK Multimedia.
Star of the show
On opening day, IK's Erik Norlander introduced the world to our brand new synthesizer, the UNO Synth Pro. In Erik's video, he presents the primary features of this next-generation analog synth and demonstrates its fantastic sound engine and elegant design.
Available in two form factors and price points, the UNO Synth Pro is destined to make a big splash in 2021 among sound-designers and synth enthusiasts of all ages. If you want to learn why, watch Erik's UNO Synth Pro video below. It's the first in a host of NAMM videos we produced.

Tips from the pros
Over the week, we streamed 11 videos created by a variety of artists and music producers. It's encouraging to see how professionals are staying busy these days and get tips from them on making better music.
Topics included: getting the most from AmpliTube 5, mixing critically with iLoud MTM studio monitors, using SampleTalk 4 to craft compelling tracks, and creating great-sounding tracks with MixBox alone. All of these videos are available here.
Live music streams
To put our new iRig Stream to the test, we asked musicians from around the world to connect whatever they had and play a song. We selected a dozen of the live performance streams and hosted them throughout the week under the banner: Stream the World. The examples of music in this initiative showcase the diversity of musicians using iRig to create, connect and share their work. Pretty cool stuff.
Best in show
Last, but not least, a group of MI industry veterans shopped the far corners of the NAMM Believe in Music marketplace to bring their top picks for 2021, and IK Multimedia won Best in Show for the entire line of iRig products in the category of Gotta Stock It. We're honored, of course, and pleased that these small products are helping in their way musicians, DJs, and influencers to find inspiration and a new audience.
The best is yet to come
Looking ahead, we believe music in 2021 is going to explode as our customers continue to create and share their work. We look forward to hearing what new music and content you may have in store for us. Just as—spoiler alert—we've got some exciting new products in store for you!
