Windows 10 IK Product Manager Installer stuck Resolution

If your IK Product Manager is not installing properly on Windows 10, try the steps below. These should help get your installer working properly.

Follow these steps:

  1. In the bottom left of your screen click the Windows logo
  2. Type Control Panel and select this option
  3. Inside go to the Programs -> Uninstall Programs option
  4. Find the IK Product Manager inside here and use the Uninstall option at the top of the window
  5. Once uninstalled, click here to download the latest IK Product Manager and you should be good to go!

Important: Do not manually delete the IK Product Manager or any of it's files. To uninstall, please use the Control Panel as described above. This can cause this issue to reoccur.
