What power supply do I need for iRig?

The iRig Stream, iRig Pro I/O, iRig Keys I/O Series, and iRig Stomp I/O can use the iRig PSU 3a. For the best experience, we suggest the IK Multimedia power supply for best results with these products, as the iRig PSU 3a is designed to charge the connected iOS device.

  • Input: 100 ~ 240V ~50/60Hz .75A
  • Output: 5.0V (DC) 3000mA 15W (Negative Sleeve)

The iRig Pro Duo, iRig Pro Duo I/O, and iRig Micro Amp can be powered by batteries (2xAA), bus powered when connected to a compatible Mac/PC computer, the iRig PSU 9175 (iRig 9175 Does not charge iOS device connected), or via a 3rd party power supply matching the following specs for iOS use.

Most basic guitar fx pedal adapters are perfect for this and easily found online or in your local music store.

  • Input: 100 ~ 240V ~50/60Hz .75A
  • Output: 9.0V (DC) 1750mA 15.75W (Positive Sleeve)

Important: The iRig PowerBridge will not power the iRig Pro Duo, iRig Pro Duo I/O, or iRig Micro Amp. This will only charge your iOS device and allow your iRig Pro Duo to be used at the same time.
