When installing your software, my anti-virus reports a virus being present in the installer, is this true?

All IK Multimedia product installers are completely virus free, please ignore these warnings.

These reports are known as a 'false positive' and is due to certain anti-virus software overreacting to our installer. We have seen this occur with several anti-virus software titles.

Some times, the source of these false positives are new extensions being installed from our product installers. These are essential files that comprise of presets, instruments, or multis files.
