macOS Big Sur (version 11) Compatibility and Product Info

While we have yet to establish full compatibility with macOS Big Sur, our tests show most of our products are working properly, with some exceptions listed below.

Do note, Apple users with the M1 chip running macOS Big Sur might have a different experience to other users. Click here for more information.

Below is a list of confirmed compatibility issues which will also be updated as we move forward:

  • Custom Shop 1.9: SSL Error on open. Unable to access Custom Shop on macOS Big Sur. Users must update to Custom Shop 2.0.0 via IK Product Manager.
  • AXE I/O Control Panel: The "Controller" tab MIDI values are unable to be edited. We are currently looking into resolutions.
Please check this page or your IK product's specifications page for full information on the current officially compatible operating systems.
*Legacy/Discontinued products cannot be updated for macOS Big Sur.
