Lurssen Mastering Behind GRAMMYs

Reuben Cohen discusses how he used IK's plug-in for 2 award-winning projects

In this year's ceremony, Reuben Cohen of Lurssen Mastering mastered two GRAMMY-winning projects: the song "72 Seasons" by Metallica which won Best Metal Performance, and "Oppenheimer" by Ludwig Goransson winning Best Score Soundtrack.

These are two completely different genres, proving that Lurssen Mastering Console can handle virtually any style of music perfectly. And not just in stereo. Both of these GRAMMY-winning compositions were mixed and mastered for Dolby Atmos! So how did they do that?

Watch as Reuben explains some of the new features coming soon to Lurssen Mastering Console.

We've been using this plug-in for our Dolby Atmos work. For the last several years, we've been developing new features that we'll be rolling out in the future. Those are coming to you!
