In the December 2007 issue of Music Tech Magazine, Mike Hillier has given a strong 'thumbs-up' to the new SampleTank 2.5 update:
'...The 2.5 update is a huge development for users, bringing with it an improved effects section, a massive library of new sounds, OSX universal binary and Windows Vista support.'
'The biggest change to the effects engine is the addition of master and send effects, as well as implementing effects on a channel by channel basis.'
