We posted on our Facebook, Twitter, Google + and Tumblr our condolences. The Guv'nor will be missed, we already have a few Marshall gear models in the AmpliTube Custom Shop. We even give you a JCM 800 model for free in AmpliTube 3 FREE.

Tks, but what I was trying to say in IK forum..... Yes, I know that you have Marshall amps, but I was suggesting another one (like Silver Jubille or one designed by IK), with special front image to tribute Jim Marshall...

Does anyone have any ideas for what would be a fitting tribute to such a giant in the world of amps?

The best tribute for us Amplitube-Addicts would be a stunning new suite of Marshall amps! You've obviously improved your modeling technique (witness the brilliant Fender suite, and the amazing Hiwatt and Orange sims) and although the current Marshall sims are nice I'll just bet you can do better. ;>

Perfect idea Phnurt... I tried to say that before when I asked an "update" of M... amps (British Tube 1 and 2). I think they are great, but I still miss some drive and sustain... Maybe a rediton  with a new front image design !!

Very intriguing idea there...
It is a pretty tall order though.
