Vir2 Electri6ity - clean sampled electric guitars for keyboards. Using this and Amplitube has interested me into getting an EVH Wofgang Special.

I agree - even the difference between pickup positions on the same guitar is more obvious with AT3.

I use a '81 USA tele

Even the difference between strat pickups. My Eric Clapton sig. strat with active pickups sounds a whole lot different and louder than my standard non-active pickups in my Mexi strat.

My favorite amp with the EC strat? The Supro, go figure.

I play a custom-modded dual-channel Fender® American Deluxe Stratocaster circa 1999, which is fabulous . . .

Fabulous! :D

P. S. The design and details of the custom modifications are documented in the following topic in the GuitarZone.com FORUM, which might be the most extensive treatise on custom Stratocaster modifications in the known universe, really . . .

Great! :)

I used this idea to create a new topic in "The Mixing Console" section, where I copied and edited my posts to a topic in another thread ("How to use ARC?"), since I had wandered a bit off-topic into devising an affordable studio monitoring system, and it is better as a separate topic. The original posts are in the "How to use ARC?" thread, since they have quotes from other posts, but I added a post indicating that my additional posts are in the new topic . . .

The Fabulous Affordable Studio Monitor System Project (IK Multimedia FORUM)

I usually avoid "double posting", but in this instance I think it makes a bit of sense, and while my posts were relevant in one way or another to the other topic, they are better as a new topic in "The Mixing Console" . . .

Lots of FUN! :D

P. S. I like the new sections!

1. Ibanez RG550ex - nice action, plays smoothly. Sound is pretty good, could be better with some better pickups I think.
2. Ibanez UV777 (7-string) - awesome :D
3. Gibson Les Paul Studio - Had to have a LP in my collection ;)
